The service

This page describes a quote tool inside Yard Desk and its demo with sample data. New owners start with the free Sophia analysis. A separate quote subscription is not offered here. The full Sophia assistant is planned and is not available yet. Trying the demo or getting the analysis does not start a subscription or activate those features.

Existing accounts and purchases

If you already purchased access, the price, billing period and benefits you agreed to at purchase still apply. This page does not replace or reduce those rights. Your account’s access limits remain in effect.

The tool stores records for one owner and one business per account. The technical maximum is 500 quotes and 2 MB of data per account, within your access limits. Each quote keeps its latest 100 history entries. Export your data to keep your own copy.

Your decisions

You set and verify prices, costs, applicable taxes, scope, availability and terms. Margin results are estimates based on your entries; they are not realized profits. Drafts need your review. The service does not send customer messages, process your customers’ deposits or book appointments.

Data and privacy

Whop manages account access and payments for existing purchases. Yard Desk stores your account identifier, business details, quotes, customer information you enter and recorded actions in private Vercel storage. You can access only the records linked to your account. We do not sell your customer records. Enter only information you have permission to use; do not include payment cards, identity documents or unnecessary sensitive information.

To improve the service, we privately store the date of the first login recorded by this measurement and, when available, known campaign, source and ad labels. This record does not store the landing URL, advertising pixel identifiers or your customers’ data. We use grouped counts of saved quotes and use on different days; campaign labels alone do not prove that an ad caused a purchase. Ads do not receive the content of your quotes.

The marketing site uses Whop’s advertising measurement system. Quotes are not sent to an AI model: calculations and drafts are generated using application rules.

Cancellation and export

You can manage or cancel your subscription in Whop’s orders section. Paid access follows the status reported by Whop. After cancellation, you can view and export your saved history; the plan’s editing features may no longer be available. Export your data from “My business.”

Support and deletion

Contact product support within Whop for access or billing problems, corrections or deletion requests. Refund requests are reviewed there under the checkout terms and applicable rights. The service may require maintenance and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
