A free test version
Sophia by Yard Desk is in beta: a new version we are testing. The report uses what you share. It looks for places you may lose money and gives you steps to try. It may have errors or missing facts. Check the facts before you change a price or spend money. It does not promise more sales or profit. You do not need a card and no paid plan starts.
Help after your report
You can choose email, text, or no follow-up. If you agree, Yard Desk or Sophia may write about a day after your report. If you choose later, we count from that choice. The aim is to ask if you need help with your steps. We may use AI and discuss paid help if it fits. You do not have to buy. Giving a phone number or allowing us to use your data is not enough to join these messages.
How many after-report messages
Your choice covers one first check-in and replies if you keep the chat going. It does not join you to an endless list of offers. Email news and offers have their own choice. Your phone company may charge for texts or data. Messages may be late or may not arrive. Automatic sending for this choice is not connected yet; choosing it does not promise a delivery time.
Optional text help with the form
If this option appears, you can agree to support texts from Sophia, Yard Desk’s AI helper. You then send START with the page’s code to confirm your phone. The permission covers form help, one check-in if you pause, and replies in the chat. Sophia may explain the paid service we are planning. You do not have to buy. Saying no does not change the free report. It does not join you to a list of offers. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop or HELP for help. You can also use the form’s button to stop this text help. This does not change the separate after-report permission. Texts may be late or may not arrive. AI can be wrong; do not use this help for emergencies.
How to stop or ask for help
You can open your answers, choose no follow-up, and save the change. Deleting your data also removes this permission. If you get a text, reply STOP to stop or HELP for help. If you get an email, reply to ask for help or stop the messages.
